The Of­fice of the Pres­i­dent is con­firm­ing Pres­i­dent Chris­tine Kan­ga­loo was in­jured this morn­ing "while ex­er­cis­ing out­doors."

She is now re­cov­er­ing at home.

"While in­jured, the Pres­i­dent is not to­tal­ly in­ca­pac­i­tat­ed and, on the ad­vice of her doc­tor, will be work­ing from home for at least the next fort­night while she re­cov­ers from her in­jury," the Of­fice of the Pres­i­dent said.

No fur­ther de­tails were giv­en on the na­ture or ex­tent of the in­jury.
