The Min­istry of Health has record­ed 2 ad­di­tion­al COVID-re­lat­ed deaths. This brings the to­tal num­ber of deaths to 4,011. There are cur­rent­ly 103 pa­tients in the hos­pi­tal. The min­istry has al­so record­ed 118 new COVID cas­es in the last 24 hours, bring­ing the to­tal num­ber of ac­tive cas­es to 6,320. 

Three more peo­ple have test­ed pos­i­tive for COVID-19 in To­ba­go over the past 24 hours. The num­ber of cur­rent ac­tive in­fec­tions now stands at 106.

A ful­ly vac­ci­nat­ed per­son is the lat­est in­di­vid­ual to lose their life to COVID-19 in To­ba­go.  Their death has brought the death toll for COVID-19 on the is­land to 271 lives lost.

NEW YORK (AP) — An ex­pert pan­el backed a sec­ond COVID-19 vac­cine op­tion for kids ages 6 to 17 Thurs­day.
